Deadlines are counted back from the scheduled check-in date and time (2:00 p.m., local time in Troncones).

Between 10 days and more than 72 hours before check-in, the first night is charged, taxes included.

72 hours or less before check-in, 100% of the stay booked is charged, taxes included. This last window stands on its own: the first-night charge and the 100% charge are never added together.

A date change or a reduction in nights requested within one of these windows is treated as a cancellation of the nights affected, and the corresponding charge applies.

Reservations made within one of these windows are subject to its charge from the moment they are confirmed.

Non-refundable reservations are charged 100% of their value, whenever they are cancelled.
